Household cash flow and compensation
What the household actually costs, and how it is funded from a company you own.

Independent financial planning practice
Stillpoint works with owners of closely held businesses on the personal financial decisions that sit alongside the company, including household cash flow, reserves, concentration and what a transition would actually require.
Where the work usually begins
Owners rarely arrive with a financial question. They arrive with a circumstance. These are the ones this practice is built around.

The premise
The accountant sees the company. The lawyer sees the documents. Nobody holds the household, what it costs, what it depends on, and what would have to be true for the owner to be able to step back.
That gap is where decisions get made in fragments, each one defensible on its own. Stillpoint exists to hold the personal picture in one place and keep it current.
I
What the household actually costs, and how it is funded from a company you own.
II
Naming the concentration in plain terms and deciding what independence requires.
III
The personal questions that have to be settled before any exit conversation is useful.
IV
One place where the personal picture is held while specialists do their own work.
What this practice is not
Stillpoint does not sell financial products, does not manage investments, does not hold client assets and does not receive commissions or referral compensation from any third party.
The output of the work is a written record of your circumstances, decisions and reasoning, not a slide deck. It is intended to be usable by you and by your other advisers.
We say plainly what falls outside the practice. Tax, legal, accounting, insurance and investment implementation are performed by professionals you engage directly.
The practice is deliberately limited in size. Where the work would not be genuinely useful, we say so at the first conversation rather than after an engagement begins.

Around forty-five minutes. No documents, no account details, no obligation. If the work would not help, we will say so.
