01What this website collects

Nothing is collected through this website. There is no analytics script, no advertising or tracking technology, and no cookie set for measurement or profiling purposes.

02The enquiry form

The enquiry form does not transmit or store anything. It assembles the text you have typed into a message that opens in your own email application, which you then choose whether to send. Until you send it, the practice has received nothing.

03Email you send us

If you write to the practice, your message and address are held in the practice's email system so that we can reply and, if an engagement follows, keep a record of the correspondence. It is not added to any marketing list and is not shared with third parties for their own purposes.

04Information we ask you not to send

Please do not send account numbers, login credentials, tax or national identification numbers, statements, tax returns or similar material by email or through this website. Where such information is genuinely required during an engagement, it is requested through an appropriate secure channel and only to the extent needed.

05Retention and access

Correspondence and engagement records are kept only as long as needed for the purpose they were provided for and for any period required of the practice. You may ask what is held about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion where there is no continuing need to retain it.

06Security

The practice takes reasonable measures to protect the information it holds. No claim of certification under any particular security or privacy standard is made on this website, and no method of transmission or storage is entirely secure.
